What we store

Wheelhouse stores your Studio Pulse check-ins, piece journal reflections, pottery skill progress, and the photos you choose to upload. All entries are private to your account.

Who can see your data

Only you can see your journal entries, photos, and emotional reflections in the app. Wheelhouse does not publish user content. If you join a research study through Prolific, the study owner may access your study-linked responses through a private, owner-only export.

Prolific research studies

When you enter through a Prolific study link, Wheelhouse privately stores your Prolific participant ID, study ID, and session ID with your study check-ins, feedback, and completion record. These identifiers are removed from the visible URL after capture and are never shown in public or participant-facing pages.

Emotional data

Studio Pulse entries include emotional and energy ratings before and after your making sessions. These are personal reflective observations to help you notice your own patterns over time. They are not evaluated, shared, or used to make decisions about you.

Not a health service

Wheelhouse is a practice journal, not a mental-health service. Nothing in the app constitutes diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please speak with a qualified mental-health professional.

Account and deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all your entries, photos, and practice data.
